Exchanges and refunds
At all times, your satisfaction is our priority!
All sales are final. No return or refund will be made.
We inspect each fabric before shipping it out. The fabrics are not always perfect.
Although it is very rare, some faults can escape us.
If this is the case, you have 7 days upon receipt of it to send us photo proof of the damaged items by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The following conditions must have been observed: They must not have been washed, cut or used. Obviously, each situation will be considered and taken care of individually to offer you the best possible service.
- Any stains, holes or blemishes within an inch of the edge are considered acceptable.
- Knit stitches that are missing or pulled on the wrong side of the fabric and which do not distort the face are considered acceptable.
- Fabrics cut within 1 to 3 cm from the edge are considered acceptable.
- Stains on the reverse side of the fabric are considered acceptable if they do not appear on the right side.
NO order cancellation can be made if we have already cut your fabric. In the case where a refund is issued, a 5% administration fee of your total bill will be charged.
If you have purchased a product and it is unfortunately sold out, we will contact you immediately. It is a very rare situation but it can arise. You will be offered a choice between a refund of the item at the price you paid or a replacement of the product with an item of the same value.
Depending on your monitor or device used when viewing our website, there may be differences in the colors of the fabrics.
We will not refund if this is the case.
